This is one of the oldest houses in Port Soller. It is located right in the heart of the old fishermen's quarter of Santa Catalina. It has now been converted into two lovely modern apartments. Available to rent separately or as a combined unit.

Each apartment is fully air conditioned and is spread over 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms, 2 cloakrooms (one with shower), a large open plan living/dining area. Each sleeps up to 5 people. They are decorated with terracotta floor tiles, cream walls and characteristic wooden beams. The apartments are perfectly located for the beach, shops and local restaurants, as well as being a great base for walking holidays.
